I love this product. As a chronic pain sufferer and insomniac of decades, I was sceptical that this would work, but, half a square and I had a fantastic sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and with less pain. Usually the pain from my arthritic hip and knee wake me up a few times during the night and it is hard to get comfortable. I was so impressed that I got some for my daughter as part of her birthday gift. She has now asked me for more as she can feel a difference to the quality of her sleep.

I’ve bought this many times before primarily for sleep but recently skipped it for a few weeks & aches & pain & poor sleep returned. A must have for me & no unpleasant side effects unlike prescribed medication.

If I am really unsettled I either have a quarter of a square & that usually helps me nod off. Only once have I had to take a full square to calm me down. Definitely recommend them.
