Hi Chris. We are sorry that it did not do anything for you. This can happen but as you can clearly see from other reviews, there are very happy customers who have had incredible sleeps. This product is working for many. There are many factors as emailed, why it may not work. We had communicated with you when you emailed to resolve, but it's difficult to pinpoint why a particular product did not work. Have you tried our other products?
